Boston Sports are on fire!

Thursday, May 6th, 2010

Its a good time to be a sports fan in Boston, as not one but two Boston sports teams are playing great in the playoffs. The Boston Bruins and Celtics are both looking good in the second round of the playoffs, and for the Boston Red Sox the New York Yankees are coming to town. The Boston Bruins have been great so far, eliminating the Sabres and going up 3-0 on the Flyers. They have been playing great and as far as a hot Boston sport ticket these are what you want. There wasn’t that much excitement for the Boston Bruins heading into the playoffs but now that the team is firing on all cylinders this is going to be a really great season. The TD Garden is a happening place right now and that’s only gonna get better. You can bet that Bruins tickets are going as fast if not faster than Red Sox tickets. There is something about Boston that makes sporting events just crazy, and the NHL playoffs even more so. And with the Boston Celtics looking like they can at least hang with the Cleveland Cavaliers, this could make for another great year. Kevin Garnett is playing great and Boston Celtics tickets have been incredibly popular. The playoffs are getting really crazy and the TD Garden is going to be really rockin’ for these games. The Celtics Cavs series shifts to Boston this weekend and boy will the excitement be nuts!

And if that wasn’t enough for all the Red Sox fans out there, we all know that the New York Yankees are coming back to Fenway this weekend. You can imagine that Red Sox tickets are in really high demand so try and get out there will ya. Its going to be a nutty series, but this is the time for the Red Sox to show they are legit. The Red Sox haven’t had a great start, but they’ve had some good wins recently. We’ll see if Big Papi can keep it going this series. Pitchers Josh Beckett, Clay Buchholz and Jon Lester are going to need to pitch fantastic this weekend because we all know the Yankees are very potent team. There’s no doubt that Yankees tickets are as hot as they come, so make sure that you are at Fenway Park to cheer them on. And keep an eye on the Celtics and Bruins because they have a chance to get to the championship.

Watch the Red Sox from the Green Monster!

Wednesday, March 24th, 2010

Its going to be a great summer for Green Monster tickets, with the Boston Red Sox looking to field another contender. The team has four of the best pitchers in baseball on the starting rotation, and with one of the best Red Sox fielding teams in decades it going to be tough to get a win in Fenway Park. With so much excitement for Green Monster tickets the fans must have high hopes for the Red Sox as well. You can see all the action with the best seats in MLB, Green Monster seats where you can see all the baseball action unfold right in front of it. I mean think about it, Green Monster tickets get you closer to home plate than many outfielders get in other baseball stadiums. Green Monster seats are just 310 feet from home plate. Imagine a game in one of Fenway’s infamous slugfests!!

Unfortunately, since it is such a hot attraction it can sometimes be difficult to find Green Monster tickets. Even Green Monster standing room tickets are not easy to find. But you’ve found the perfect site. You can find Red Sox Green Monster tickets on a few sites on the web, but the trick is finding the right site. The site I’ve found to be the best for Green Monster tickets and in fact all Red Sox tickets is Ticket Liquidator. They have a great selection and reasonable prices, so I’d recommend starting there. Even if you want to get NY Yankees tickets, that’s a good place to start. And if you decide you want to sit somewhere else, then you can check the Fenway map to find some other great places to sit. The Green Monster could be the most desired seat in baseball, and being up there is something you’ll treasure forever.

These are some great seats and have gotten rave reviews all over the country. The Green Monster seats were named by USA TODAY as the #1 on the list of the “10 best seats in baseball.” Fenway’s 37-foot high, 231-foot long (that’s four stories high) left-field wall is like a personal balcony overlooking the marvelous gardens of left field. You’ll have runs coming right at you when you sit up there, so stay on your toes. You can also lean over and touch the famous wall, but make sure you’re careful.

You’ll be just a few feet away from the left-field pole Carlton Fisk hit with his game-winning home run in Game 6 of the 1975 World Series. Over the years the pole has drawn a lot of attention, and in fact now the pole is covered in the signatures of fans from all over the years. If you had been sitting on top of the Green Monster for the Red Sox vs Royals game on May 22, 2008, you would have seen no less than two grand slams coming at you courtesy of J.D. Drew and Mike Lowell. Get to your seats early to see batting practice, when the chances of seeing a dinger go up tenfold! And you never know when you’ll end up on TV! And what many people don’t notice is that the Green Monster seats actually overhang Lansdowne Street. Dedicated concession stands are just a few feet away when you are atop the Monster.
